Your organization and layout of the content works very well. The rocks at the bottom also add a nice finishing touch to the bottom of the page. My main suggestion is to try to integrate the "All things that rock" banner better with the overall title "CSS Zen Garden" (also make sure that the title is CSS Zen Garden, and not just Zen Garden as you currently have it.) The subtitle "The Beauty of CSS Design" is also difficult to read due to your color choice. The elements at the top need to work better together, but the rest of the design is successfully laid out.
